Please also ensure the main contacts for your family have been included in Demosphere. You can add members through the mobile app.
- Go to Account
- Adding a Non-player Member
- To Add/Link Player to Parent: Do NOT create a new player account. Parents must link the player to their account.
Go into your Demosphere app.
- Go to your account and click on Household Members
- Choose the player/child
- You will be able to see the CMSA Id#
- If the CNS Demosphere number does not match your profile number in your Mobile app you will not be able to view the schedule as you are linked to the wrong player number.
