Team Manager

If you do not already have, you will need:

1. E-pic Information
2. Respect in Sport (RIS):  Completed RIS will be reimbursed at the end of the season with the volunteer deposit.

Please send completed E-pic and RIS certificate to info@calgaryminorsoccer.ca and info@northsidesoccer.ca.  CNS must have these documents on file to be reimbursed for RIS and volunteer deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring players are eligible to play
  • Player:  Eligibility Requirements
  • Team Manager:  To View Player Eligibility
    • Adding Proof of Age to Rostered Player
• Sizing, pick up and distribution of uniforms
• Notifying the team when practices and games are and ensuring attendance is updated in Demosphere.
  Note:  If there is a game discrepancy between Demosphere and CNS website, Demosphere is accurate.  If there is a discrepancy for practices, CNS website is accurate.
• Notifying CNS Admin for game Call Ups.  Please ensure you provide sufficient notice.  CNS Admin needs ~5 business days for player call ups.
• Other general tasks

Additional Responsibilities for U10 and older teams

• Managing CMSA Photo Id Cards:  Collecting cards from the players, taking care of the cards, giving the cards to the Coach before each game and retrieving the cards from the Coach after each game.
• Game Preparation for the team
• Preparing and printing Game Sheets
• Entering Team Scores within 24 hours
