To view player eligibility,

Proof of Age

1. Log into Demosphere from CMSA website.
   
2. Click on Teams and choose your team.

   

3. Scroll to Rostered Player.
   If BIRTHDATE indicates,
   * verified = CSMA has reviewed and verified the Proof of Age.
   * unverified = proof of age is missing or waiting on CMSA approval
   If ROSTER STATUS, indicates INELIGIBLE then player is missing proof of age and/or player waiver.
