Preparing & Printing Game Sheet

To prepare and print the Game Sheet,

1. Print off the game sheets for each game for your coach.
2. Log into Demosphere Desktop from CMSA website.
   
3. Print Game Sheet

   

4. Enter jersey numbers for each player into Demosphere.  This only needs to be done once.  The jersey # will automatically populate onto each game sheet.
5. If applicable, Print Call Up Name(s) on the Game Sheet and give CMSA forms to the Coach to hand in.  If the Call Up player ends up not playing, be sure to cross the player name of the game sheet and do NOT hand in the CMSA form.
6. Ensure all games sheets have the Field Marshal and bench parent completed.
